What makes your cotton 'Organic'?
All Burt's Bees Baby apparel is made from 100% organic, GOTS certified cotton. This means our fabric is grown without synthetic pesticides or fertilizers, making it safer for your baby's sensitive skin and better for the environment.
How do I determine the best size for my baby?
We provide a detailed size chart on every product page. Since organic cotton can experience slight shrinkage, we recommend sizing up if your little one is between sizes or at the top of the weight range.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like opened bedding or undergarments may not be eligible for return.
How should I care for my organic cotton garments?
To maintain the softness and integrity of the fabric, we recommend machine washing on a cold, gentle cycle with phosphorus-free detergent and tumble drying on low heat.
When will my order ship?
Standard orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and select international territories. Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
